「CAFE RICCOの秋」に行ってきました！！
9月7日(火)から11月24日(水)まで、足立区 竹の塚図書館で開催されている企画展です。
I went to "Autumn in CAFE RICCO", the special exhibition.
That is being held 7 Sep(Tue) - 24 Nov(Wed) in Takenotsuka Library in Adachi-ku Tokyo.
入口正面のウインドウに飾られた華やかな作品たちは、圧巻の一言。
壁一面に広がるカラフルな折り紙の世界は、訪れる秋を歓迎するかのようです。
Gorgeous works displayed at the entrance are so overwhelming!
Origami world expanding to the entire wall, seems to welcome Autumn coming.
参加しているのは、
かおりんさん、ダイスケさん、Naoさん、それから私。
This project is joined by Kaorin, Daisuke, Nao, and me.
私は「ハリネズミ×11匹」「佐藤ローズ各種」「ローズ・ブーケ」「花折りピラミッド」をご一緒させていただきました。
ハリネズミは、この日のために量産した自信作です！

I provided there "11 Hedgehogs" "Sato roses" Rose Bouquet" "Flower pyramid".
Especially, Hedgehogs are my confidence works that made for this project!
先日の地震で一度崩れてしまったそうで、かおりんさんが直してくださいました。
綺麗に飾っていただき、ありがとうございます。
Although these exhibits were collapsed in the recent earthquake, Kaorin thankfully fixed them neatly.
I'd like to express my sincere gratitude for her.

展示を満喫したあとは、我らがふるさと「CAFE RICCO」へ。
On enjoying the exhibition, we visited CAFE RICCO, our "home".
コロナ禍でなかなか行くことができず、枕を濡らした日々。
前回の企画展「佐藤バラ園」以来、一年半ぶりの来店です。
より爽やかになったオーナー・ダイスケさんと、たくさんの折り紙たちがお出迎え。ただいま。
I was sad because we couldn't come to there due to COVID, it was a long awaited visit for the first time in a year and a half!
Daisuke-san, the owner who became more handsome welcomed us. And a lot of origami too.
おいしいワッフルとコーヒーを口にすると、足りなかった何かが満たされる感覚がしました。
コーヒーが飲めない妻は、オレンジ風味のハーブティー。こちらも絶品です。
Once I tasted delicious waffle & coffee, I felt something that I had lost was filled.
My wife enjoyed herb tea with orange flavor. This is also excellent!
今回の展示でCAFE RICCOを知り、その足でご来店された方もいらっしゃいました。
こうしたご縁、嬉しいですね。
There was a guest who came for the first time after appreciating our exhibition in the library.
I'm glad that such an interaction is born through this project.
で、今回の展示にお誘いいただいた張本人・かおりんさんは不在でした。
しかし…
お店を後にして、竹ノ塚駅周辺を散歩してから車に戻ってみると。
あれ。
RICCOに女性が入っていくぞ。
まさか…
いるではないかッ！！
帰りがけに思わぬ形で再会できて、嬉しかったです。
Unfortunately Kaorin-san, who invited me to this project, wasn't there.
However...
When we came back after taking a walk around Takenotsuka station...
I saw a woman entering CAFE RICCO.
Maybe...you're there!?
Bingo!
We were happy to meet her for a little while before returning!
ダイスケさんや常連さんにクッキーをプレゼントしてる女の子がいたり、昼休みに職場を抜け出した荒牧さんと偶然お会いできたり。
アットホームで暖かい、このお店の雰囲気が大好きです。
A girl treated some cookies to Daisuke-san and the regulars. And I could encounter Aramaki-san, the creator who came his lunch time by chance. And...
I love this homely & heartwarming cafe.
