本日お送りするのは、一輪の白いバラ。
佐藤直幹氏のデザインするバラは「佐藤ローズ」と呼ばれ、世界中で親しまれています。
特にこの「ハイブリッドティーローズ」は同氏の代表作で、ファンの多い作品。
もちろん、私も大好きです。
Today's work that I'll show you is a white rose.
The roses that designed by Mr. Naomiki Sato are called "Sato Rose", and they are very popular all over the world.
Especially this "Hybrid tea rose" is his masterpiece, and it has many fans. And of course, I love it, too.

My wife created a song
このバラは、とある方への贈り物として作ったものです。
I made this rose as gift for a certain person.
以前にも当コラムで触れたことがありますが、私の妻は趣味で作曲をしています。
普段は作曲から作詞、歌まで全て一人でやるのですが…
今回は妻が作ったメロディに「歌詞を付けて、歌ってくれる方」を、スクールの先生を通じて探してもらいました。
I've written this matter before, my wife's hobby is composition.
She always create all - melody & lyrics, and sing herself.
But this time, she found a person who can write lyrics and sing it, through her lesson teacher.
このバラは、その方へのお礼の品です。
静かに降る雪の白さと、上品な雰囲気を意識しました。
バラの形が、雪の結晶のように見えますね。
This rose is for her, the singer.
It is conscious of white snow falling quietly and elegant mood.
The shape is like a snowflake, isn't it?
さて。
彼女が２ヶ月かかって作った曲を、この場を借りてシェアさせていただきます。

About a material "Crapo Marble"
今回の素材は、ヒサゴの「クラッポマーブル ホワイト」。
The material which I used is "Crapo Marble (white)."
一見すると普通の白い紙なのですが、青緑色の影ができるのが特徴です。
そのまま眺めても良し、透かしても良し。バラとの相性は抜群です。
神秘的な雰囲気が、とても気に入っています。
At first glance it's like a plain white paper, but it has characteristic greenish blue shadow.
You can enjoy it looking as it is or through the light.
This material has excellent compartibility with roses , and I love the mysterious appearance.
使ったのはA3サイズ（297×420mm）。
佐藤直幹さんから譲っていただいた特注品です。
Original paper size is A3(297×420mm).
This is a custom-made item given by Mr. Sato.
A4サイズ（210×297mm）は、Amazonで普通に買うことができます。
少々折るのが難しくなりますが、小ぶりなバラはブローチにぴったり。
ぜひチャレンジしてみてください。
You can get A4(210×297mm) easily on Amazon.
It becomes little harder by using A4, but small rose will be perfect for brooches.

他のカラーも含めて、まとめて買っておこうと思います。
However, now there is a word "End of production, stock limit" on the manufacturer's website.
I'm supposed to buy some including other colors.

Actually I got some positive reaction after my previous post, I was very happy.
